When placing your order we shall quote the respective delivery charge for that particular order and place of delivery. For small orders, totalling less than 750 kg and not longer than 2.44 metres, these will be delivered by courier ute the same day if required.

For larger orders, pack lots and/or product longer than 2.44 metres these will be delivered by taxi tray truck. If you order is placed before 10am, in most cases same day delivery can be made if required. Otherwise delivery would be made the next business day.

Please keep in mind the carrier’s delay/detention charges apply and this will impact upon those customers without forklift or other unloading capacity.

Of course some customers have their own transport vehicles or preferred carriers and are most welcome to pick-up their orders.

We strive to improve our customer service and will now deliver to all points of the compass the same day in most cases.
